Born to a military man in Connecticut, Phillip has been all over the place. After landing in Virginia he met his husband Kyle and they settled in Austin, TX where he began his career helping people look and feel their best!

Since 2003 Phillip has been perfecting his craft. He's trained with Aveda and numerous other brands. He specializes in cutting all hair types and chemical relaxers. Phillip loves doing hair so much partly because it's the only physical attribute you can transform quickly that keeps coming back healthy, and he loves how good hair can change your whole mood.

 

Phillip married his sweetheart at Niagra Falls in 2012. When he's not at the salon you might find him dancing, swooning over fashion, music and art, or spending QT with Kyle and their 3 cats (Honey, Tybalt and Shadow). Phillip is also known as Simone Jewel Riviera. She performs drag at local clubs and is a part of The United Court of Austin which raises money for various charities.
