DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Deposits are a percentage of the total service price booked. The deposit will be applied to your service total upon checkout.

• Deposits will remain in your account if you cancel or reschedule your appointment and meet our cancellation policy requirements.

• Deposits will not be refunded if you fail to meet our cancellation policy requirements.

• Deposits can be refunded if you meet our cancellation policy requirements. Unfortunately, our software doesn't automatically refund if an appointment is canceled. You can call or email the salon to request a refund. We know it's annoying but there's no other workaround currently. We appreciate you!
