​Exciting news! A deposit is just a percentage of your total service price that is booked and will be deducted from your final checkout amount.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries! Your deposit stays safe in your account as long as you meet our cancellation policy.

Just a friendly reminder: deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy isn't met, but they can be refunded if you follow the guidelines.

​We want to make this as smooth as possible, so if you need a refund due to a cancellation or modification, just give us a call or send us an email. Our software, unfortunately, doesn't automatically refund deposits when an appointment is canceled. We truly appreciate your understanding!
