We love meeting new faces and can’t wait to have you in our chair! Below is some helpful info to make your visit smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. If you have any questions at all, give us a call—we’re always happy to help!

New Client: What to Expect

From the moment you arrive, your appointment is built around you. We’ll start with a thoughtful consultation to understand your goals, lifestyle, and hair history. Then we’ll map out a plan and get started. You’ll leave with a look you love and a simple routine to keep it looking fresh.

How to Prepare for Your First Visit:

  • Bring inspiration photos (2–3 is perfect).

  • Arrive with clean, dry hair unless your service notes say otherwise.

  • Be ready to share recent color history or treatments.

  • If you’re unsure what to book, give us a call, and we’ll guide you.

  • Allow extra time if it’s your first visit—we love to be thorough.

New Clients Booking Online

  • Choose a "NEW CLIENT" service so we can allow extra time for your consultation.
  • Booking color + cut? Pick the option with both listed (example: “NEW CLIENT Single Color/Long Cut”).
  • For complex services not online, call us and we’ll help you book.
  • Please review our Cancellation & Fee Policy and Child Safety Information before booking.
  • ONLINE DEPOSITS

    Online Deposits 

    • Exciting news! A deposit is just a percentage of your total service price that is booked and will be deducted from your final checkout amount.

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries! Your deposit stays safe in your account as long as you meet our cancellation policy.

    • Just a friendly reminder: deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy isn't met, but they can be refunded if you follow the guidelines.

    DEPOSIT REFUNDS

    Deposit Refunds

    We want to make this as smooth as possible, so if you need a refund due to a cancellation or modification, just give us a call or send us an email. Our software, unfortunately, doesn't automatically refund deposits when an appointment is canceled. We truly appreciate your understanding!
